2. Create a list of your students. Include: full name, course name, company name/address/ZIP/phone with area code, fax, and e-mail addresses
3. Then, fax your BXI check, your own contact information, and your student list to 937-866-4887
   or mail your check and other info to

4. We will manually register your students according to the information on your student list
5. After we register your students we will e-mail their usernames and passwords to them for access to their courses.
